Altonio Rivers: Altonio is a Human Trafficking Detective with CMPD and a member of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Human Trafficking Task Force with Homeland Security Investigations, Federal Bureau of Investigations and U.S. and County Attorney’s Offices. He is also a member of the Special Weapons & Tactics Team (SWAT) for the past 10 years. He is a certified Active Killer Defense™ Instructor and is involved heavily in the Defensive Options program at Fit to Fight®
Dee Ukon, Stacey Machado: Dee and Stacey are Fit to Fight® Defensive Options Instructors as well as Active Killer Defense™ Instructors. Stacey also maintains the front desk and day-to-day member involvement at FTF® Charlotte.

Robert Whiteside: Robert is prior active duty military (US Army, Military Intelligence), retired law enforcement (Jackson Police Department, Jackson, MS), and has worked as a Hospital Security Director from 2006 to the present.
With a passion for the disciplines of law enforcement and conflict transformation, Robert possesses a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies (PACS) from the University of NC Greensboro. A ceaseless interest in combative practices has led Robert to train in several disciplines including Ed Parker’s American Kenpo, Pekiti Tirsia Kali, boxing, Wing Chun, and eclectic grappling. He is a graduate of Tony Blauer’s Personal Defense Readiness (PDR) Instructor’s program and Eddie Quinn’s The Approach Self Protection Method Instructor program. He is a certified instructor in Verbal Defense & Influence (Vistelar) and Surviving Verbal Conflict (Dolan Consulting Group).
